Securasite can provide you with a list of possible sites within your target service area. Along with that list, Securasite will provide you with necessary zoning and acquisition information so you can make a knowledgeable site selection.
Along with site feasibility reports, Securasite will research all the zoning issues that affect a chosen site, from setbacks and height limitations to timelines and costs. Securasite will also meet with planners and other agencies to determine any foreseeable problems. In addition to maintaining contact with local officials, we will attend community and/or board meetings to represent and further the application.
This process can be very important early in a project. By compiling feasibility reports and talking to the jurisdiction, Securasite can eliminate sites that will not work for your project or are time consuming and costly.
